Hi,
Lê Phúc Anh

Phúc Anh Portfolio — Lê Phúc Anh (Phuc Anh Le / LPA), Fullstack Engineer tại Việt Nam. Trang portfolio chính thức tại lpa.io.vn chia sẻ các dự án và giải pháp kỹ thuật tiêu biểu: vn-xaphuong-2025 (chuẩn hóa dữ liệu địa giới hành chính Việt Nam), Dappermen (storefront thương mại điện tử Next.js tối ưu 95+ Core Web Vitals), và Movie Watch (ứng dụng media cá nhân tự host trên homelab Proxmox).
Building scalable, high-performance web applications with end-to-end craft.
01 / About
A bit about me.
I'm Phúc Anh, a Fullstack Developer based in Vietnam. I enjoy building things from scratch — taking an idea all the way from the user interface and backend logic to production. My focus is simple: making fast, reliable web apps and writing clean, maintainable code.
02 / Selected Work
Featured Systems.
High-performance solutions engineered for scalability and measurable impact.

vn-xaphuong-2025
Created to address Vietnam’s nationwide administrative boundary restructuring in July 2025, this open-source project standardizes hierarchical address data (Province → District → Ward). Prioritizing a static JSON-first architecture over heavy SQL databases, it enables zero-latency CDN caching, offline mobile embedding, and seamless integration through a TypeScript-ready NPM package and a self-hosted REST API.

Dappermen
A modern men's fashion e-commerce storefront designed to deliver a frictionless shopping experience from catalog discovery to responsive checkout. Leveraging Next.js Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), automated image optimization, and semantic SEO markup, the platform achieves 95+ Core Web Vitals with instant page transitions and on-demand content revalidation.

Movie Watch
A personal media discovery platform hosted entirely on private homelab hardware. It features an automated CI/CD pipeline via GitHub Actions deploying to Proxmox VMs under PM2 process management, and uses Cloudflare Tunnels for encrypted public routing—eliminating router port forwarding risks and recurring cloud infrastructure costs.
03 / My Approach
How I approach problems..
From understanding pain points to writing code and shipping to production.
Start with User Painpoints
I always start by identifying concrete user pain points and connecting them to real-world needs I experience myself. The priority is finding a quick, practical solution first, then refining and optimizing.
Like when spotting the address data gap in mid-2025, I quickly standardized vn-xaphuong-2025 to solve that exact headache for developers.
Leverage Modern Tools & AI
I actively leverage AI and the modern open-source ecosystem to accelerate development, while keeping full personal control over the business logic, data structures, and system architecture.
AI speeds up prototyping and boilerplate, but system design and overall output quality remain in the developer's hands.
Ship to Production
A project is only complete when it lives in production — with a working demo, clear documentation, and stable deployment (on a VPS or self-hosted homelab) rather than sitting idle on localhost.
Every project I build — from APIs to homelab media hubs — comes with live access, automated CI/CD, and real-world deployment.
04 / Tech Stack
Technologies I work with..
Tools and frameworks powering everything from user interfaces to self-hosted infrastructure.
Frontend & UI
Crafting fast, responsive, and accessible user experiences.
Backend & APIs
Designing RESTful endpoints, data schemas, and server-side logic.
Infrastructure & Operations
Linux/Proxmox server environments, containerization, automated CI/CD, and secure routing.
05 / Contact
Let’s Connect & Build..
I’m always open to new engineering opportunities (Full-time / Remote) or discussing interesting technical challenges. Feel free to drop me an email or connect on LinkedIn.
